Mannequin Card & Meiflower Scissor Charm

The gorgeous scissor charm is my fav. of all scissors charms I've seen

Here I've used it stuck inside the frame of this large mannequin card.

The mannequin is a Tim holtz die and below is a little FREEBIE the tape measure I used on the card, all I did was cut it out and curl it with my scissors (my real ones that is) and secured it flat at each end
