Two for the boys

Here are a couple of boy cards I made using Paper Creator kits, it's quite difficult to know what embellishments to add to male cards, but you can't go wrong with buttons and ribbons, particularly grosgrain ribbon, which for some reason is always my go to item for male cards, maybe because it's not as shiny as satin ribbon and looks more robust. Luckily Meiflower has a great selection of grosgrain ribbons and buttons that are perfect for the job.

A wedding card (sort of)!

Here's a card I've made for a friend of mine and her hubby who are celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary today by getting married again! They are renewing there vows at the same church, on the same date and time as they did when they got married.

I have used the gorgeous metallic edged ribbon from Meiflower and some fabulous new pearl embellishments that look like a large pearl surrounded by small pearls, just perfect for wedding cards.

The card would work perfectly well for someone getting married the first time too, just by changing the wording.

Thank you Teacher

Here's a couple of cards I made using the same layout, just changed one paper, the base card and the image to get both a Thank you Teacher card and a birthday card. Both cards have ribbons and stick on gems from Meiflower.

Make it sparkle

I covered the swirl design on the card with turquoise and crystal stick on gems.
